Three new staff roles

  • Novo Equipment Technician 🔧 — reduces racket/rubber wear during matches and training, discounts repair costs, amplifies equipment stat bonuses, and unlocks up to +20% payouts from Equipment sponsors.
  • Novo Tactical Analyst 📊 — exposes a pre-match dossier on the lineup page with opponent form, weak side, fatigue and stamina hints, plus five tactical directives (Aggressive, Patient, Target Backhand, Force Long Rallies, Neutral) that bias the simulation when the chosen directive matches the opponent profile. Also unlocks +15% payouts from Media sponsors via the Press Handler specialization.
  • Novo Sports Psychologist 🧠 — softens Confidence dips after losses, cushions defeats in high-pressure fixtures (cup, derby, deciders), dampens Pressure effects across the squad, and boosts sponsor objective bonuses by +15%.
  • Novo Each new role has four specializations and four masteries that extend the existing staff progression (Level 2 specialization choice, Level 4 mastery choice).
  • Novo New sponsor card badges show a green “+X%” pill on Equipment and Media sponsors when the relevant staff member is on the books.
  • Atualização The three new roles unlock based on Training Center level instead of jornada pacing: Equipment Technician at TC2, Tactical Analyst at TC3, Sports Psychologist at TC4. They are additive — they do not consume one of the five legacy staff slots, which still unlock on the original J3 / J6 / J9 / J12 / J15 schedule. Hiring one of the new roles costs 100 tokens (legacy hires remain at 8).

Academy & Transfer Market Polish

  • Novo Allow multiple youth promotions per season from the academy.

  • Atualização Sponsor slot count now scales with Training Center level (L1–2: 1 slot, L3–4: 2 slots, L5: 3 slots).

Training Center Capacity Fix

  • Correção Upgrading the training center now correctly increases the number of active training plans you can run (capacity scales L1=6 up to L5=14).
